Set your goals.

Today, I reached goal one of the five goals that I had set to reach in the gym… I currently feel wonderful even though I almost blacked out for the first time ever. No… blacking out wasn’t my goal. I had reached a level that I have never reached before. The feeling of reaching that level was almost as if a drug set off an endorphin in my blood giving me this relaxing but exhausting feel to my body. The goal that I had set for myself was to get my blood pumping over 200 beats per minute. It may sound easy but no matter how hard I’ve pushed myself before I had previously only gotten to about 190bpm. It’s hard for me to explain how good I feel right now and certainly I don’t expect anyone to actually understand the feeling. It’s like margaritaville but better ;). I’ve recently became obsessed with maragritas… My next vacation shall be to Mexico where I can legally enjoy margaritas and warm weather at the same time :).
